I'm a Senior Product Designer with 6 years of experience making complex systems feel less complex. I've worked across B2B SaaS, fintech, and identity platforms - the kind of products where getting the details wrong really matters.
Fintech, B2B and identity taught me to design for dense data, compliance-heavy workflows and users with very different needs. Those problems aren't unique to those industries - I'm looking to bring them to Travel & Hospitality, Music & Events, Media & Publishing, Healthtech and EdTech.
I'm most at home when a problem is genuinely hard. Whether that's untangling a multi-layered admin structure, designing onboarding for a compliance-heavy platform, or figuring out how a two-person design team can still set the quality bar for an entire organisation - I like getting stuck in and working it out.
I care about craft, but I care more about whether something actually works for the people using it. Those two things usually pull in the same direction.
